The backgr...I love the free-flowing feel of this. <br /><br />The background quilting, the long ends of the ribbons, and the torn edges in front of the black batting make this focal point really look like it is floating.<br /><br />The colors are sort of moody- yet the piece is peaceful and alive somehow. Love the colors , the design that looks like tamed chaos. the combo of wavy quilting and circle quilting makes a great background almost making a "valley" for the ribbons and cheesecloth to settle into.
